Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping within India.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping Charge on orders with cart value up to ₹499.00 is ₹49.00 INR
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from 9 am to 10 pm on all days (dependent on location). The courier will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
- Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with an order status update which will include a tracking number you can use to track the status of your consignment. Please allow 24-36 hours for the tracking information to become available. It takes an additional 3-10 days for the shipment to reach your doorstep. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mail@craftbits.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
- Multiple Shipments: We will always ship the entire order in one shipment, however, your order may have multiple shipments if your order contains items from multiple types of products.
