Cancellation Policy

If we haven’t initiated processing the order (QC & shipment), the item(s) / entire order can be modified or cancelled as you wish, you can write to us at mail@craftbits.in. In such cases, the changes in the order will be as requested, and the refund if any will be processed within 1-2 business days after the cancellation request. It might take an additional 3-7 business days for your bank or payment instrument to refund your money back to the account.

Note: Cancellations are possible before we initiate processing the order.
